Specific Skills
  • Experience as a Clinical Manager in Australian Aged Care Industry (highly recommended)
  • Minimum of 1 years work experience as a Clinical Nurse Manager
  • Current and Valid AHPRA Registration
  • Current national police check
  • Evidence of Covid-19 and Flu vaccination
  • Good communication skills
 
Responsible For
  • Supervise client clinical care and ensure accurate and detailed care documentation.
  • Manage and develop a team of nurses, enrolled nurses, care workers, and site Manger to attain optimal are delivery.
  • Ensure all residents receive high-quality, individualised care, and client satisfaction is met at all times.
  • Offer expert clinical leadership and guidance, manage care delivery, and ensure the implementation of best practices inn accordance with industry standards and Australian healthcare regulations.
