CCNASA was founded by Seema Sharma, a Registered Nurse and healthcare leader with extensive frontline and management experience.
Having seen first-hand how staffing shortages, inconsistent support and workforce pressure affect healthcare teams and the people receiving care, Seema established CCNASA to offer a more responsive, ethical and personal approach.
What began as a South Australian nursing agency has grown into a diverse healthcare workforce organisation supporting aged care, community care, disability services and healthcare organisations across the state.
