Creative Career Nursing Agency SA, was founded in 2022 by Seema, a Registered Nurse and Managing Director with over a decade of frontline and leadership experience in aged care. Established during a time when reliability, continuity, and clinical leadership were essential, CCNASA was built on a strong foundation of ethical workforce practices, quality care, and trust. Proudly 100 percent Australian owned, CCNASA supports aged care providers across South Australia with dependable Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, Personal Care Workers, and support staff, while also delivering workforce solutions for hospitality services. Our aged care partners often refer to CCNASA as the “magic agency”, reflecting our consistently high fill rates, responsiveness, and commitment to continuity of care. As a clinician led agency, CCNASA places a strong emphasis on governance, compliance, and workforce development. Every staff member is carefully screened, credentialed, and supported through ongoing training to ensure the highest standards of professionalism, safety, and care delivery. Clinical oversight remains central to everything we do. To support flexibility for staff and confidence for providers, CCNASA utilises a dedicated internal app to manage compliance records, mandatory training, and shift offers. This system enables efficient workforce coordination while maintaining full visibility and accountability across all placements.
