Better Together

Great People Know Great Nurses.

The CCNASA Registered Nurse Referral Program rewards existing CCNASA RNs who introduce experienced Registered Nurses to our workforce.

It is also designed to welcome newly referred nurses into CCNASA. When the qualifying requirements are met and verified, both the existing nurse and the newly referred nurse may receive their respective reward.

RN

Existing CCNASA Registered Nurse

$500

The referring Registered Nurse receives a $500 referral bonus after the newly referred nurse completes the required 12 qualifying shifts within two months of their hire date.

NEW

Newly Referred Registered Nurse

$500

The newly referred Registered Nurse receives a $500 joining voucher after the existing referring RN completes 12 shifts of eight hours each, subject to the full program requirements being satisfied.

How It Works

A Simple Referral. A Meaningful Reward.

The program has been designed to recognise both the existing CCNASA nurse making the referral and the Registered Nurse joining our team.

01

Refer an Experienced RN

An existing CCNASA Registered Nurse refers an experienced Registered Nurse who is not already registered with CCNASA.

02

The New RN Joins CCNASA

The referred Registered Nurse must be joining CCNASA for the first time and successfully complete the recruitment and hiring process.

03

Complete Qualifying Shifts

The required shifts must be completed in accordance with the Referral Bonus Program conditions. Shift counting begins from the new nurse's hire date.

04

CCNASA Verifies Eligibility

Once the qualifying shifts have been completed, CCNASA verifies the requirements before the applicable bonus or joining voucher is issued.

Who Can Participate?

The Qualifying Shift Requirement

The newly referred Registered Nurse must complete 12 shifts of eight hours each within two months of their hire date. Shift counting begins from the new nurse's hire date.

The existing referring RN also has a qualifying shift requirement in relation to the new nurse's $500 joining voucher. Both nurses must complete the shifts required under the program to qualify for their respective benefit.
