What Matters On Every Shift

Approved CCNASA Workwear
Wear the CCNASA uniform or approved role-appropriate workwear provided or advised for your position.
Identification
Wear your required identification or name badge and ensure it remains visible while you are on duty.
Safe Footwear
Wear clean, closed and suitable work shoes that support safe movement in the environment where you are working.
Professional Presentation
Maintain a clean, neat and professional appearance and follow any additional facility-specific PPE, hygiene or safety requirements.
Stay Current. Stay Shift Ready.
Current compliance and ongoing education help ensure you remain ready to work safely and confidently. Your specific requirements and assigned learning will be explained through onboarding.

The Essentials You Will Use Regularly
Your account activation and app setup will be covered as part of onboarding. Once active, the Workforce App becomes an important tool for managing your availability, shifts and completed work.
Keep Availability Current
Update your availability so the rostering team has an accurate view of when you are ready to work.
Check Confirmed Shifts
Before attending, review the confirmed date, time, location and role shown in your allocated shift.
Clock In & Clock Out
Use the app at the shift location to record the start and end of your shift as instructed during onboarding.
Complete Timesheets
Review and submit your completed shift information promptly so your work record can be processed correctly.
