Responsible For

We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Workers to join our team. As a Personal Care Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to elderly clients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Assisting clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Providing mobility support and helping clients with exercises
Monitoring and reporting changes in clients’ health and wellbeing
Assisting with medication management
Supporting clients with meal preparation and feeding
Encouraging social interaction and participation in activities
Maintaining accurate and timely documentation

Educational Requirements

Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent
Current First Aid and CPR certification
National Police Clearance not older than 6 months (or willingness to obtain)
A satisfactory NDIS Worker Screening Check. (or willingness to obtain)
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holiday
Covid-19 vaccination (fully vaccinated)
Current Manual Handling certificate
