Responsible For
We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Workers to join our team. As a Personal Care Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to elderly clients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. Your primary responsibilities will include:  
  • Assisting clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Providing mobility support and helping clients with exercises
  • Monitoring and reporting changes in clients’ health and wellbeing
  • Assisting with medication management
  • Supporting clients with meal preparation and feeding
  • Encouraging social interaction and participation in activities
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation
Job Nature

Educational Requirements
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • National Police Clearance not older than 6 months (or willingness to obtain)
  • A satisfactory NDIS Worker Screening Check. (or willingness to obtain)
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holiday
  • Covid-19 vaccination (fully vaccinated)
  • Current Manual Handling certificate
