Creative career nursing agency is seeking Enrolled Nurses to work across Adelaide’s metropolitan/ Northern and southern areas including Adelaide Hills, Victor harbor, Goolwa and Yanklailla .

Specific Skills
  • A Current registration with AHPRA
  • Medication management
  • Proficiency in using smartphones and applications (e.g., Microsoft Outlook)
  • At least 6-12 months of professional experience (experience in caring for the elderly is advantageous)
  • Must hold a valid NDIS Worker Screening clearance or be willing to obtain one.
  • Up to date vaccination as per Australian Government Regulations, including but not limited to Influenza and COVID19
  • Must hold a valid Manual Handling Certificate
  • Must hold a valid FIRST AID
Responsible For
  • Provide direct care to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse or other healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work independently without clinical support.
  • Regularly monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiratory rate.
  • Assist in the assessment and management of wounds, including dressing changes and monitoring healing progress.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including observations, interventions, and outcomes.
  • Effectively communicate with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure coordinated and patient-centered care.
