We’re looking for an enthusiastic Hospitality Coordinator to come on board with us in a casual role, working 76 hours every fortnight from Monday to Friday.

Specific Skills

To be successful you must demonstrate the following:

Strong background in staff management, with a focus on performance management and mentoring.
Proven leadership experience, including the ability to manage and oversee housekeeping, laundry, and kitchen teams.
Experience in online ordering of food and supplies.
Competence in budget oversight and management.
Familiarity with auditing and accreditation processes.
Experience in hospitality at a supervisory level, or the readiness to advance into such a role.
Knowledge of hygiene practices in hospitality.
A positive mindset and eagerness to learn.
Excellent communication skills.
Professional presentation.
Understanding of WHS (Work Health and Safety) practices is highly valued.
Willingness to work flexible shifts.
Up-to-date Flu and COVID vaccinations are mandatory.

Responsible For

Reporting to site General Manager
Ensuring safe and high quality catering services
Effective leading and managing site's dynamic hospitality team
Managing and mentoring staff, including conducting performance evaluations and providing ongoing support and development.
Maintaining flexibility with work shifts to meet the dynamic needs of the residential home.
